This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which 3Cinteractive Corp. d/b/a Mobile Voice Messaging or 4MVM.net which offers the mobile voice messaging product (collectively, "Mobile Voice Messaging") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers, its client's customers and users (each, a "User") of its Website http://www.mobilevoicemessaging.com (the "Website") and the service. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about what kinds of information we, at Mobile Voice Messaging, may gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of the information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Mobile Voice Messaging does not own or control, or to people that Mobile Voice Messaging does not employ or manage. This includes any companies from whom you may have ordered services or products that are transmitted over Mobile Voice Messaging's IVR, mobile and/or other platforms, and any companies from whom you may be purchasing other services.

Minors

Mobile Voice Messaging is committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to Mobile Voice Messaging. This Website is not directed at children under eighteen (18) years of age. Accepting party should be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Collected Information

Mobile Voice Messaging may collect various types of personal information including name, address, telephone number, billing information, email address, and other information that, either alone or in combination with other kinds of information, may personally identify Users. Mobile Voice Messaging may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such information.

Call Records

Calls are recorded and may be monitored in accordance with company policy and required laws. Except as otherwise set forth herein, Mobile Voice Messaging does not sell or share information with external parties for the purposes of marketing.

Mobile-Specific Information We Collect

Most of the personal information we collect is what you tell us about yourself. For example, certain of our products and services allow you to interact and share personal information and data with others. Except as otherwise set forth herein, you choose what you want to share and how you want to share it.

Sometimes, we record your phone number. We record your phone number when you send it to us; ask us to remember it; or make a call or send a text message or Short Message Service (SMS) to or from Mobile Voice Messaging. If you ask us to remember your phone number, we will associate your phone number with your account identification number based on your device and hardware identification numbers; so if you change your device or hardware, you will have to re-associate this new device or hardware with your account before we can authenticate you.

Most of the other information we collect for mobile, such as your device and hardware identification numbers and device type, the request type, your carrier, your carrier user identification number, the content of your request, and basic usage stats about your device and use of Mobile Voice Messaging's products and services does not by itself identify you to Mobile Voice Messaging, though it may be unique or consist of or contain information that you consider personal.

If you use location-enabled products and services (or Location-Based Services, also known as LBS), you may be sending us location information. This information may reveal your actual location, such as Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) data, or it may not, such as when you submit a partial address to look at a map of the area.

When you use your mobile browser or enable other data services, we collect your location information. We use that information to provide you with any Location-Based Services that you have requested. We may also use your location information to create aggregate data from which your personal information has been removed or obscured.

We retain location information for no longer than one (1) year. Except as otherwise set forth herein or as legally required, we will not disclose your location information to third parties without your consent. Certain of our products and services allow you to download and/or personalize the content you receive from us. For these products and services, we will record information about your downloads and preferences, along with any information you provide yourself.

For products and services with voice recognition capabilities (such as Interactive Voice Response, or IVR), we collect and store a copy of the voice commands you make to the product or service. To improve processing of your voice commands, we may also continuously record in temporary memory a few seconds of ambient background noise. This recording stays only temporarily on the device and is not sent to Mobile Voice Messaging.

Cookies

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

While not all of the information that we collect from Users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personal information that Users provide to us through our Website.

Mobile Voice Messaging and our partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users' movements around the Website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which Mobile Voice Messaging's clients have engaged us.

Mobile Voice Messaging collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Mobile Voice Messaging works with its clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.

We collect information for our clients; if you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. If you are a client and would like to update your account please contact our Customer Support by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

Mobile Voice Messaging may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Privacy Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients.

Mobile Voice Messaging has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent to further contact should direct his/her query to Mobile Voice Messaging's client (the data controller). If the client requests Mobile Voice Messaging to remove the data, we will respond to their request within a reasonable timeframe.

Mobile Voice Messaging will retain and use personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. Mobile Voice Messaging will also retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

User Access and Choice

This "User Access and Choice" section shall apply solely to the extent your information collected by Mobile Voice Messaging is not collected pursuant to the "Information Collected for Our Customers" section immediately above.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or ask to have it removed by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain and use your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Disclosure of Information

Mobile Voice Messaging may disclose information collected from Users to trusted affiliates, independent contractors, business partners and clients who will use the information for the purposes outlined above. We may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Users to investors, potential partners and clients.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
